The Clock is Ticking...

​Looking for a great way to start off the New Year? I’ll take that as a yes! My newest workshop, Living Your Wisdom: Simple Strategies for Achieving Your Goals and Dreams, is straight from the heart, inspired by the wisdom of my life experience and the challenges we all face in creating a more meaningful and satisfying life. It’s a prologue to 2021 that will help you leave the ‘same old, same old’ behind and take your life in a new direction.

The goal of this workshop is to wake you up and get you thinking and living differently. We’ll examine the faulty beliefs and dysfunctional patterns that keep us stuck and prevent us from achieving our goals. Then we’ll dig deeper to understand our role in maintaining the status quo, what keeps us from learning life lessons, why we’re disconnected from our inner-wisdom and how we can change that.

You’ll leave this workshop with plenty of food for thought, new perspectives and the tools you need to take those all-important steps from thinking to planning to doing. Plus, you’ll have fun and hang out with kindred spirits.
