We’ve been tested as a nation and as individuals to see if we have what it takes to survive AND thrive during this historic event. Many things will return to business as usual as the pandemic passes, but some of our ‘new normal’ will likely remain. To ensure this experience isn’t lost on you, decide what you want to take away from it not just for posterity, but in terms of lessons learned. As you look back on this year, ask yourself: What was my biggest challenge? What was my biggest win? What has this past year taught me? You are not the same person you were one year ago.
